Are you looking for thermal baths different from the rest? Perhaps you should take advantage of a unique bathing facility in Vrbov, Slovakia.

The Vrbov thermal baths include 10 pools, including four children's pools. The water temperature ranges from 26 degrees Celsius to as much as 38 degrees. Vrbov thermal pools are open all year round. In summer from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., in winter from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Vrbov is located 60 km from Zakopane, on the way to the Slovak Paradise. The route goes through Spišská Belá and Kezmarok, where we turn right to Vrbov. It is only 17 km from Tatranská Lomnica to Vrbov. The thermal water in the complex has unique healing properties: it supports the treatment of inflammatory disorders of the musculoskeletal system, rheumatism, radiculosis, heart disease, hypertension, inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, chronic bronchitis. It also copes equally well with fatigue after a day on the slopes! Most of Vrbov's pools are located outdoors - in winter, remember to take a hat with you to the pools to protect your head from the cold. There is one pool for children and one for adults with massages. The next one, with thermal water, is an open-air, long basin with chlorinated water shimmering in all the colours of the rainbow. To enter the thermal pool in the next building, you have to get out of the water and go up the steps to the next basin. To take full advantage of this bath - you should go outside. In the pool, underwater benches have been installed where you can relax for hours. The next pools are outdoors. While this is nothing unusual in summer, it is a real adventure in winter. Surprisingly, it is difficult to catch a cold in winter when using the outdoor thermal pools. The water in them is so warm that bathers do not feel the cold. However, a hat must not be forgotten (especially for those with sensitive sinuses).
